DYNA FLEX TRILINE

Dynaflex triline hose comes in offshore 10000psi, SAE100R7, and SAE100R8 configurations.

Recommended For: Offshore, umbilicals and hydraulic hose applications which require high pressure, flexibility, and light weight.

The inner core consists of a methanol treated polyamide material with a low permeation rate suitable for most methanol injection applications.

Note: This product is only available as completed assemblies.

Innercore: Synthetic oil resistant Polyamide

Reinforcement: 2-Braid high tensile aramid fiber

Cover: Yellow or Black high abrasion and fungus resistant polyurethane

Temperature Range: -40 degrees F. to +140 degrees F.

Tri-line thermoplastic hose

Recommended For: Medium pressure hydraulic lines for heavy-duty use on
hydraulic systems, lubrication lines, and solvent lines. Meets or exceeds
SAE100R7 requirements. For pneumatic systems use perforated (pin-pricked)
hose.

Innercore: Synthetic oil Resistant Polyester Tube

Reinforcement: Braided high tensile synthetic fiber

Cover: Black non-conductive high abrasion resistant polyurethane

Temperature Range: -65 degrees F. to +212 degrees F.
(-54 degrees C. to +100 degrees C.)
