DynaFlex Inc. SAE100R7 hose is lighter than std push-on hose If you
consider bend radius, Dyna Flex Inc. 711 series thermoplastic hose a
smaller minimum bend radius for 1/4 inch inner diameter and
3/8
inch inner diameter and is the same for 1/2 inch inner
diameter.
As an extra benefit Dyna Flex Inc. has a 1/8 inch inner diameter hose
with a 1/2 inch minimum bend radius in conductive ( Dyna Flex Series
701-02) and non-conductive (Flex 7110-02) configurations. If you
have an application which has lengths requirements of 50ft and longer
and hose crimping is not an issue, Dyna Flex Inc. Series 711 hose may
be a viable alternative. Couplings can be supplied in carbon steel,
stainless steel, and brass. Please contact us for specification sheets.
Dyna
Flex SAE100R7 series 711 Series hose is the same or
lighter than
standard push on air hose, SAE100R1AT, and SAE100R2AT hose in 1/4, 3/8,
and 1/2 inch Inner Diameter.
If you consider weight, Dyna Flex Inc. 711 series thermoplastic is at
least 14% lighter in 1/4 inch inner diameter and 3/8 inch inner
diameter and is the same for 1/2 inch inner diameter. As an extra
benefit Dyna Flex Inc. hose can be made in twin and in conductive (
Dyna Flex Series 711) and non-conductive (Dyna Flex Inc. 7110)
configurations.
